3.1 Full Refund (100%)
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period and no services have been provided
- We cancel a course or consultation due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons
- We fail to deliver services as described
- Technical issues on our part prevent you from accessing online services
3.2 Partial Refund (50-75%)
You may be eligible for a partial refund if:
- You cancel more than 14 days before the course start date: 75% refund
- You cancel 7-14 days before the course start date: 50% refund
- You have attended less than 25% of scheduled sessions and provide valid documentation of extenuating circumstances
3.3 No Refund
No refunds will be provided if:
- You cancel less than 7 days before the course start date
- You have attended more than 25% of scheduled sessions
- You are removed from a course due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
- You fail to attend sessions without prior notice or valid reason
- You request a refund after the course has been completed
4. Specific Refund Policies by Service Type
4.1 Multi-Week Courses (6-12 weeks)
- Full refund: Cancellation before course start date (within 14-day cooling-off period)
- 75% refund: Cancellation more than 14 days before start date
- 50% refund: Cancellation 7-14 days before start date
- No refund: After course commencement or less than 7 days before start date
4.2 Personal One-on-One Consultations
- Full refund: Cancellation at least 48 hours before scheduled session
- 50% refund: Cancellation 24-48 hours before scheduled session
- No refund: Cancellation less than 24 hours before session or no-show
- Rescheduling: May reschedule once without penalty with at least 48 hours notice
4.3 Small Group Sessions
- Full refund: Cancellation at least 7 days before first session
- 50% refund: Cancellation 3-7 days before first session
- No refund: Cancellation less than 3 days before first session or after sessions begin
4.4 Online Consultation Packages
- Pro-rated refund available for unused sessions if cancelled after using less than 50% of package
- No refund if more than 50% of package sessions have been used
- Package sessions must be used within validity period stated at purchase
5. Extenuating Circumstances
5.1 Definition
Extenuating circumstances are exceptional, unforeseeable situations beyond your control that prevent you from attending or completing a course. These may include:
- Serious illness or injury (documented by medical certificate)
- Death of immediate family member
- Military deployment
- Emergency relocation due to employment
- Natural disasters or emergencies preventing attendance
5.2 Documentation Required
To request a refund based on extenuating circumstances, you must provide:
- Written explanation of the circumstances
- Supporting documentation (medical certificate, death certificate, military orders, etc.)
- Request submitted within 14 days of the event
5.3 Evaluation
Each request based on extenuating circumstances will be evaluated individually. We reserve the right to request additional documentation and to determine whether circumstances qualify for a refund exception.
6. Refund Process and Timeline
6.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:

- Specify your preferred refund method

Please note that payment processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable. Additionally, if your financial institution charges currency conversion or international transaction fees, these are your responsibility.

As an alternative to refunds, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a different course or future session:
- Transfers may be requested up to 7 days before course start date
- One free transfer is permitted per enrollment
- Additional transfers may incur an administrative fee of £25
- Transfers subject to availability in alternative courses
7.2 Deferrals
You may request to defer your enrollment to a future offering of the same course:
- Deferrals must be requested at least 7 days before course start date
- Deferred enrollment must be used within 12 months
- One deferral permitted per enrollment without additional fee
- Price protection: You will not be charged price increases for deferred enrollment
8. Course Cancellations by SpeakCraft Academy
8.1 Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to:
- Insufficient enrollment numbers
- Instructor unavailability
- Facility issues
- Force majeure events
8.2 Notification
If we cancel a course, we will:
- Notify you as soon as possible, preferably at least 14 days in advance
- Offer a full refund or transfer to an alternative course/date
- Provide multiple contact attempts via email and phone

- Transfer to an alternative course at no additional charge
- Receive a credit voucher with 10% bonus value for future services

- Administrative fees and processing charges
- Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers
- Promotional discounts or special offers (credit may not be provided for difference)

11. Disputed Charges and Chargebacks
